Built in 1896 by the railroad Barron Henry Plant, the resort sits in a private waterside enclave in the Belleair community of Clearwater, FL. This is a full-service resort that includes the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club - an 18 hole PGA Donald Ross designed course, the Belleview Biltmore Tennis Club, the Belleview Biltmore Spa and the Belleview Biltmore Beach Club on Sand Key. Historical tours are held daily and open to the public. The original hotel is a historic property and one of the last of the great American Victorian "Grand Dame" hotels.

Driving Directions from TPA airport to the resort:
Follow signs from airport to CLEARWATER. Merge onto N MEMORIAL HWY / FL-589 N / FL-60 W. Stay to the LEFT. Merge onto FL-60 W via the exit on the LEFT toward CLEARWATER. Go over the causeway and continue on Gulf to Bay Blvd. Stay left and merge onto Court Street. Take Court Street to Fort Harrison Avenue. Make a LEFT. Turn RIGHT onto BELLEVIEW BLVD / CR-233. Continue to follow BELLEVIEW BLVD. Turn LEFT to stay on BELLEVIEW BLVD (Gate access required).

Driving Directions from PIE airport to the resort:
Start out going NORTHEAST on TERMINAL BLVD. Turn LEFT. Take the SR-686 W ramp toward BEACHES / CLEARWATER. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto ROOSEVELT BLVD / FL-686 W. Continue to follow FL-686 W. Turn RIGHT onto N MISSOURI AVE / FL-651 N. Turn LEFT onto BELLEAIR RD / CR-464. Turn RIGHT onto S FORT HARRISON AVE / US-19 ALT. Turn LEFT onto BELLEVIEW BLVD / CR-233. Continue to follow BELLEVIEW BLVD. Turn LEFT to stay on BELLEVIEW BLVD (Gate access required).
